I am in full favor of Obama meeting with Ahmadinejad, for several reasons. For one, we've already played the "I'm not gonna talk to you cuz your a crazy country that I don't like" game for four years and nothing beneficial has come of it. It simply doesn't make sense to continue such a strategy after it continuously fails. Second, if you look back in history,nearly all major conflicts have been solved through some kind of communication. One example is the Cold War which ended only after extended and difficult diplomatic communication.
I think it is good for President Obama to meet with Ahmadinejad. Because the United States should not fear communications with a country you do not like. I agree with nico if you do not like a country you cant just sit by and do nothing. So I think this is very wise on the part of President Obama to start understanding where those countries are coming from and what we need to do to improve relations with those countries.
I think that if Obama goes over to try and persuade Ahmadinejad to the positives of peace, it will just add more gas to the fire. The way he is talking on the videos, he has full support of the Iranian people. I fear that if we do talk to him we might see a nuclear warhead coming our direction, because we pose a threat to the success of anhilating Israel.

I think it is great that President Obama meeting with Ahmadinejad, but I do not think it will do any good. But Talking with the Iranian President might solve some of the conflicts like the nuclear problem, maybe even reduce his threats against America. Even after the meeting is over I still think nothing good will come out of it.
I think it is good that President Obama to meet with Ahmadinejad. Because, if he wouldn't meet Ahmadinejad, they will think the United States fear them and be conceited. And I also think it is good President Obama starts to understand those country with dialogue.
I think that Obama will meet with Ahmadinejad just so he doesn't feel like America is a afraid of their threats to Kill off Israel, also he will be allies with them so America will be some what safer.

Let me say this first. I totally agree with Robbyn. But I do believe that it would be a good thing for them to meet. First off we are not in kindergarten anymore when your enemie and you never talk we have to be mature and not ignore them. Second off I think it is better if we talk with them so we can get on the same page or try to make agreements without using bombs.

I think that if Obama goes and talks to amadsdkfjasdlkj... then it might help to solve his problem with wanting to blow israel off the face of the earth. Maybe Obama could make some peace so it could help stop more problems with iraq and iran in the future. It is probably a good idea for Obama to go talk with him though... so Yes.. he should.
I Think it would be good if Obama and AHMADINEJAD to meet together. What does it hurt if we don't . It's better than not communicating at all. If we didn't meet than i dont want america to seem weak, i dont think any of us do.
I am in full favor that Obama meeting with Ahmadinejad. One because well Obama is the Chief Citizen and he should show that we as Americans are not scared of anything that has to deal with Nuclear Power! Next to bring peace together, because the like Obama said, "Don't expect America to Fix it all", so we need to have some type of communication to resolve all the conflicts! So then we should have fear with any type of communication with any country in the world! Therefore since President Obama is our image he should represent our country!
I'm really not sure if I am in favor or not. If they meet and can talk all the conflicts out then great. But there is always a chance of Obama saying something to offend Ahmadinejad and start a even bigger fight!
i say go for it. if meeting with allahlalawhatever his name is will help the situation and make sure nobody thinks america is ran by a puss, then thats what should be done. that or bomb his plane on its way over lol.
